WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please wear comfortable, suitable clothing and underwear. For example, if your condition involves the lower half of your body, shorts would be a good choice.

If your condition involves the upper half of your body a vest top/sports bra would be a good choice. This allows for a better view of the area being assessed and treated. A gown can be provided for your comfort.

IS THERE ONSITE PARKING AT THE CLINIC?

Unfortunately there is no onsite parking available at the clinic for patients. Parking bays at the clinic are reserved for staff and resident use only.

There are pay and display car parks;

*Victoria Street (behind Poundland)

*Pioneer Square (above Sainsbury's with 2 hours free parking)

IS THE CLINIC ACCESSIBLE?

The clinic is on the ground floor without stairs. There is a small step on entry from the courtyard into reception. We have a ramp for wheelchair users/walking frames/prams. Please do ask a member of the team who will be happy to help.

We also have toilets including a disabled toilet on the ground floor.

Parents are welcome to feed/change infants in the clinic.

HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS?

An initial chiropractic consultation appointment is up to 1 hour.

Subsequent chiropractic treatments are up to 30 minutes.

Sports therapy appointments are up to 45 minutes.

Laser therapy, shockwave therapy and gait analysis appointments are up to 30 minutes.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

The clinic can only accept; card, BACS and insurance payments.

We do accept; Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

Unfortunately we do not accept cash or cheque.

WHAT IS THE CLINIC CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please note that 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment otherwise a full charge will be made.
